Terms and conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions apply to you when you purchase any goods from us using this website. We currently only accept orders within the UK.

Processing time

The processing times needed to make and complete orders ready for dispatch varies. Please see individual items for details.

Estimated delivery times

I will do my best to meet the delivery estimated times, but unfortunately cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times are dependent on the delivery company adhering to the services purchased at the time of me dispatching your order.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

• You must contact me within 14 days of delivery, by email hello@clairetaskerjewellery.co.uk or by using the contact form on this website.

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged; custom or personalised orders.

• Items must be returned back to me within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received in the same new condition they were sold to you in, including all packaging. If the item is damaged in anyway then costs will be deducted from the refund.

• Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs, for peace of mind it’s recommended that you use a signed and tracked service and check with the delivery company used that they are insured to send jewellery.

All content and images on the website are protected by UK copyright laws and owned by Claire Tasker Jewellery. It is prohibited to copy or use any material for commercial use by others. All jewellery designs are automatically copyrighted and you do not have permission to replicate any items or designs for commercial value.
